Hey everyone! 

It's been quite some time since the last check in, but we've all been quietly working on projects both within the Certifiable realm and beyond. One project we wanted to share with you is our very own Anthony Coffey just launched his Kickstarter for the Fantastical Felines series of collectible figures. The first in the series is the Fire Sage and we can't wait for it to come to life.

Update 39 - Nearing the Finish Line

Bidet Covians!

Just a quick update from Rick on the EU/UK shipment status and where we are currently with distribution. As with the latest updates, this mainly deals with EU shipping and replacement parts, so no need to continue if you aren't interested in one of those categories. 

For those too busy for moving pictures:

1.  In regards to UK fulfillment: 99% complete with 3 backers being delayed due to product transfer taking longer than expected, but this is being resolved now. 

2. EU fulfillment: 75% complete due to issues with extended customs stay. Items have now arrived at the distribution house and are being sorted and sent.  WGT? has priority and we expect deliveries to continue next week. Fingers crossed. 

3. Replacements will begin shipping after Wave 2 is complete and we'll keep you informed as to when that begins and appreciate your patience while we're making sure everyone has their game in hand.  If you haven't reached out to me yet in regards to issues with your game, please send me an email and pictures of damaged items to [email protected]

Hey everyone! 

I hope you had a great summer and are staying safe!

That's really all I wanted to say, unless you are still waiting on your package in Europe. The rest of you don't need to waste your time with this. 

EUROPE: I honestly don't understand myself why it took so long for the Van Wall & Norris, Blair & Clark expansions to make their way across the ocean, but they have finally arrived at GamesQuest and are being put into inventory to start fulfilling. The EU portion of the expansions still need to be sent to Intermail in Germany, but that is something they do regularly and shouldn't take long. So even though my anxiety level has been paramount and there's nobody I can legitimately blame but myself for this delay, I am feeling better that it is on its last leg and everyone should be happy very soon. For those of you that have patiently waited...thank you and please know I'm genuinely sorry this took so long. 

As Thingy as this delay made me feel and look, I promise it has bothered me in a very human way.

While there is forward momentum with the shipping, and from the comments on the cove many of you in the EU and UK are receiving your shipments, there are still some of you with questions,  especially regarding "Wave 2". Rick breaks it down in the video below:

- Basically, if you ordered any of the first edition expansions (Van Wall/Norris & Clark/Blair - the actual expansions, not just the characters) with your main pledge, you will probably be in wave 2 and are experiencing a bit of a delay.  Those expansion characters are heading to the distribution centers and should be on their way to you, with the main game, very soon. If you ordered the Deluxe game that already includes these characters, this does not effect you. 

- VFI is being delivered as we speak and while there are a few areas still awaiting delivery that should be resolved quickly. 

- Please continue to email [email protected] with any issues with your games and also please note that unless you ordered the "McGreedy's Bastards" level pledge, or ordered the collector coin separately, there will be no coin in the box.  There was some confusion after a previous update as to who should expect the missing coin to be delivered and hopefully the above sentence can help resolve that. 

SPEAKING OF QUESTIONS AND CONFUSION...

Jesse and Cory wanted to jump on and clear the air with a few issues that Cory has been getting emails about. Still.

That's it. We know it's been a rollercoaster of emotions for you all and we apologize profusely. We hope all this will be rectified soon and we do truly appreciate your patience. We've gotten a few emails and posts with images of people playing WGT? 2.0 and it's warmed our hearts that this game is bringing friends back together after this tumultuous year. Please keep them coming and we'll keep those games coming your way.

AN UPDATE TO THE UPDATE

Hey everyone! It's been a couple of weeks since we updated you with all our shipping fun, so this is pretty much an update to the update. In fact, it's a lot of the same stuff you've heard before unless you are in Europe, South Africa and a few countries in Asia. For everyone else, have a great weekend! 

After lots of back and forth getting final coordination with GamesQuest to start the fulfillment process, I believe we are finally ready for action. I had hoped it would start last week or this week for the UK Hub, but according to my correspondence with them yesterday, we start fulfilling the week of June 28th, which is this coming week. For the hub in Germany, they have us slated to start fulfilling the week of July 5th.  In the meantime if you're interested, these are the steps being taken to help your games arrive safely. 

As I mention in the video, this should take care of most everyone, but there are a few shortfalls being remedied with inventory being sent from the US. My hope is they will all arrive quickly and no further delays will occur, but it's one of those things that we have little control over at this point.
