2 Insert, or not 2 Insert? That is the question.

Hey everyone! The games have slowly but surely been making their journey into your hands, and we are excited to finally see Who Goes There? 2nd Edition on your tables. Of course, many of you still have yet to receive yours, and I'm very sorry about that.  An update on where we are with shipping is below the video, but first, Cory and Key would like to help those of you that have received your games understand where things may be hiding. 

So there are 2 inserts? That's just overproduced insanity!

SHIPPING

Now, for those of you that are wondering where in the Frozen Hell your game is:

AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND : Most of you should have received your game and/or upgrade by now. Things moved very smoothly with Aetherworks, so we feel pretty good in that area at the moment. 

NORTH and SOUTH AMERICA : Quartermaster Logistics sent all packages over the last two weeks. The biggest issue we've seen so far is in the McGreedy's Bastard tier where they did not ship the WGT Collector's Coin. This was a mishap with the SKU in the report, but it is being remedied as we speak. If you are in that level and did not get your coin, it is on its way. 

MOST OF ASIA : We are using VFI for most of Asia with the exception of Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, UAE, and Brunei. This is out of our hands at the moment and we honestly expected these shipments to have already started, but are still awaiting confirmation where we stand. Quartermaster Logistics handled the communication and fulfillment aspects with VFI, and we are asking for updates now. Should be set to dispatch any day now, but the base shipments from VFI to more centralized regions may be what is slowing things down. We'll let you know when we know. 

UNITED KINGDOM/NORWAY/SWITZERLAND/SOUTH AFRICA/SOME OF ASIA : We have submitted "most" of the backer data to GamesQuest UK to get 80% moving, and hope this happens in the next week or so. The rest of the data will be submitted this weekend as I'm having to manually submit those orders with sleeves. The file format GamesQuest requires makes things a bit more tedious than others, but it's getting done. 

EUROPEAN UNION : This is our first time to use the hub in Germany, and it has certainly slowed things down for us. The choking hazard labels became a nightmare to say the least as I choked on the extra expense and simple aggravations associated with this expensive lesson. It's been an expensive lesson to learn, in cost and time, but valuable in the end since we won't be making this mistake again. Another issue that has just recently come to my attention is all our older inventory resides with the UK hub, so for those orders that are getting older stock, it has all had to be sent to Germany as well.  Again, another expensive lesson, but hopefully it will only have to be taught to this old man once. As with the UK hub orders, they now have 80% in the system, and I will submit the more tedious orders that have to be changed due to the file formatting this weekend. All this said, thank you for your patience as we continue to get things moving. 

ISSUES

For those of you that have issues once you receive your package, please e-mail [email protected]. We will do our best to get things corrected as soon as possible. One thing we have always been extremely mindful of is your desire for perfection with the boxes as many of you display them proudly (which we love). Knowing this, we do what we can to get the games to you in pristine condition, but this is not in our control. We do, however, try our best to correct cosmetic issues when it's simply unacceptable. In doing so, we have to open brand new games and gut them for parts (including the box) since we don't have extra pieces parts in these areas. Buying and shipping empty boxes is cost prohibitive, and with the rising costs of manufacturing, it's just not affordable. Please keep this in mind when you request a replacement for a minor scuff. We want to make things right, but we are having to prioritize bigger issues and may not be able to afford to fix them all, thus run the risk of making some of you mad when we have to say no. Either way, please forgive us if you are disappointed. 

All that said, most of the shipments are being received in perfect condition and many of you have already shared how happy you are. Please keep sharing the good news and tag us on social media if you are so inclined.

SHIPPING INFO FOR EU AND UK

I know you all have been curious about this and I apologize that we haven't had any additional concrete info until this morning. We have just been told that shipping for EU and UK (and additional European countries) will begin shipping on the June 14th. I know that this has been a rollercoaster ride of emotions and we are sorry for your frustrations. Many hoops were jumped through and many clumps of hair were pulled from Ricks scalp but this should be the last "hurdle" and hopefully you'll be getting those games soon.

We promised you all an explanation and showcase of the "Diorama" option and while we may be a bit late on the video, seeing it in it's full glory is worth the wait!

We've also got the PDF Game Rules over on the Certifiable Website for those who are awaiting their games and want to get a leg up on the competition. But really, we all know what kind of game this is, don't we?

Sorry for the radio silence but we've been IMA (International Men of Anxiety) lately with #ChokingGate2021 but Rick and Anthony wanted to stop by and update you all with the shipping progress for Who Goes There? 2nd Edition.

Here's The TLDR if you don't have time to watch: 

• AUS & NZ are in the process of shipping out to customers. There’s a few side orders that are having to be fulfilled afterwards, but shouldn’t take too much longer after the fact.
• UK/GR/EU: The Germany “choking hazard” issue has been figured out. We’ve added a “caution sheet” to each case and it has made all parties over there satisfied. It makes it so your game doesn’t have to be unwrapped and possibly damaged, which makes us happy. Gamesquest UK’s boat has just cleared customs and is heading to the fulfillment center.
• QML (US/Canada/South America) shipment is landing this week and will be going through customs and then on to the fulfillment house from there.
• VFI has received the games and is talking with QML to get all the backer info to begin sending out the games.

If there are any issues with missing or damaged components, please send an email to: [email protected] and we’ll add you to the list of replacements. Please have patience in the turn around time and we’ll keep you updated as best we can.

Fast Forward to 6:50 to have Anthony walks you through the “Upgrade Pack” and the “Deluxe Deluxe Upgrade”replacements and where to place those stickers for those with the original boards. You won’t get the stickers with the “Deluxe Deluxe” as you’re getting the new boards! Have a look below for placement instructions.

Shipping Woes - Part Deux

I know there are quite a few of you wondering what the current status is with WGT? shipping and here's what we know thus far:

 Here's the quick and dirty breakdown for those who can't watch the video right now:

- UK: The games are scheduled to arrive April 30 to port. From there, GamesQuest will receive the games and we hope they will start shipping mid May. 

- EU/Africa: We are fulfilling all Europe (minus UK) and Africa from Germany. For some reason they're forcing us to put "Chocking hazard" warnings on the boxes even though it's marked Ages 14+. The fulfillment house is working hard to find work arounds, but this is a setback we simply didn't expect. We are hopeful this is only a minor delay, but considering everything is already in Customs, the timeframe should be within the next couple of weeks to start getting the packages on their way to you.  

- Asia: We know they have the shipments but are expecting the first of May for distribution.

- Australia/New Zealand: Games are in Aetherworks hands and they have begun the process of sending shipping notifications. 

- US: The containers are expected to arrive to port the first week of May. Quartermaster Logistics is handling our distribution and are scheduling fulfillment in the weeks thereafter. Hopefully mid to late May timeframe. 

Apologies all around and please know we value your investment, both financially and mentally, and hope to have better news very soon. Stay vigilant and remember to love each other.
